We perform precision mechanical machining on behalf of third parties and assembly of small groups and industrial machines. We are able to produce quickly and economically different mechanical components belonging to various industrial sectors: aeronautics, industrial production, cosmetics and pharmaceuticals, hi-tech and electronics, health and beauty, food and beverages, packaging.
We have a technical office that deals with programming and planning and we offer consultancy aimed at our customers.
Milling, turning and grinding
Our experience, we work for more than thirty years in the mechanical field, allows us to offer competitive solutions in machine parts and mechanical components production.
Our plant, is structured with a wide range of work stations, including 5 axis Milling machines, automatic lathes, grinding machines and more.
Flexibility is a key value for us, and we can process different materials, i.e. Aluminum alloys, Stainless Steels, Tempered and Special Steels but also Titanium alloys, Copper alloys, pig iron, plastic material all with specific treatment in order to satisfy requests from different sector.

Planning and programming
Starting with an outline drawing with the use of CAD, we can arrive to the definition and solid modelling of parts, the creation of 3D assemblies and implementation of exploded views for assembly, with the management of separate bases.The CAM provides the users with a wide range of strategies to obtain maximum efficiency in removal and to minimize vacuum movements and finished by hand.The CAM allows the programming of operations in 5-axis positioning and in continuos, allowing profiling processing over the 3D model. |
